[tex]\frac{108 km}{hr} * \frac{1000m}{1 km} * \frac{1 hour}{3600 seconds} =\frac{108*1000 m}{3600sec}[/tex]

v = 30 m / sec

KE = 1/2 * 4 * (30)^2

KE =2800 kg m^2/sec^2

KE = 2800 Joules
