Area of kite is 1/2 times the two diagonals.
So, it would be 1/2 times 70 times 70.
Solve it and you get 2450.

The answer is 2450 square cm.
But the question is asking for meters so convert it.
1 cm is 0.01 in meters. 2450 times 0.01 equals 24.5 meters
24.5 square meters is your final answer.
